These are the candidates competing to be one of the winners of the ChildTech Challenge Chile – Early Childhood Education

A committee of experts made up of representatives of the social world, childhood specialists, social innovation and technology, were responsible for choosing the 8 candidates competing for the prize of up to 30K and implementing a project of high social impact in Chile.

After a successful call involving almost 100 organizations from around the world and a rigorous application review process, only 8 startups from 5 different countries, were selected to continue advancing in the selection process.

Over the next few weeks, candidates will have to work on their proposed implementation plan, which will be thoroughly reviewed by the Impactus Ventures and Fundación Niños Primero team, and will choose the 5 finalists to be presented at the Grand Finale.

The Grand Finale is a virtual selection event, where a jury made up of experts and representatives of the alliances that make this challenge possible, will choose the winning startup that will implement its set with Fundación Para la Confianza.

«We are surprised by the quality of the applications. We doubled the number of applicants with countries around the world. We don’t doubt that any of the candidates will be able to make a tremendous impact on the lives of children and adolescents in Latin America. We look forward to the Grand Finale!», said Fernando Brierley, Co-Founder of Impactus Ventures.
